Today’s Reading: Three Books

How many books are you currently reading, like, honestly?

According to GoodReads.com I am currently in the middle of reading 36 books.

OK then.

Realistically, I am actually in the middle of three books:

  • Making It So by Patrick Stewart, his autobiography I have been reading since last fall, albeit very slowly. I have it on one of my Kindles that’s in airplane mode as I borrowed this from the library far too long ago.

  • Heaven’s River by Dennis E. Taylor, the fourth book in his “Bobiverse” series. 25% done despite it being 600+ pages. I went against my sub-300 page rule for books on this one, but it’s just so good. This is a paperback that I plan on reading on the plane during my upcoming trip, but due to its high page count I decided I should probably start it ahead of time.

  • A Prayer for the Crown-Shy by Becky Chambers, the second book in the Monk & Robot duology. I’m 33% done and am enjoying it very much. I borrowed this ebook from the library and read it before going to sleep in order to put my brain at ease.
